Redgum provides full help desk support for contracted clients. This includes Telephone, Email, Remote Access and soon, Web Based support. We support a variety of products, and aim to provide a quick and efficient resolution to problems.
Remote Access
Remote Access allows Redgum staff to dial in to client's networks to enable quick resolution of problems such as data issues, environment and setup issues, and as an important tool in help desk support.
Email and Fax
Email and Fax support with fast respone time - a popular alternative to phone support.
Web Based Support
We are currently developing a knowledge base of problems and fixes, questions and answers which we will deploy on this web site in the near future. Registered clients will be able to search for answers, post new questions, and obtain up to date information on all kinds of issues.
